We do not deliver a syllabus. We reveal what your child already carries.

That is the difference, and it settles everything else: how a lesson is written, what a monitor does in a session, and what you will see change at home.

Let us start with what we are not

It is the first question parents ask us. Better to answer it before anything else.

This is not

Tutoring

We do not revisit school subjects, we do not help with homework and we prepare for no exam. A child who excels in class has as much to gain here as any other.

This is not

Childcare

Every session has a written objective, a trained monitor and a record you can read. Your child does not come here to fill a Saturday.

This is not

A rival to school

We teach what schooling rarely covers: knowing yourself, daring, understanding money, carrying a project through. We complement, we never replace.

The chain we follow, from talent to value

Four links, always in this order. It is what keeps the school from being a string of pleasant activities with no tomorrow.

  1. A talent

What your child does easily, often without knowing it. We spot it, we name it.

  2. A skill

The talent gets worked on. It becomes something they can repeat, explain and improve.

  3. Something made

The skill produces something: an object, a service, a project, a performance.

  4. Value

What they made is worth something to someone. That is where a child grasps what value means.

Value is not a price. It is what the thing brings to someone, which is why money comes last in this chain, never first.

Three ages, the same sixteen lessons

The three programmes cover the same questions at different depths. Children move up by age: nobody repeats a year, nobody is ranked.

  • Ages 4 to 7

    Les Petits Explorateurs

    • 4 modules · 16 lessons
    • Hands-on talent workshops
    • Trips and contests
  • Ages 8 to 12

    Les Jeunes Bâtisseurs

    • 4 modules · 16 lessons
    • Hands-on talent workshops
    • Trips and contests
  • Ages 13 to 17

    Les Futurs Leaders

    • 4 modules · 16 lessons
    • Hands-on talent workshops
    • Trips and contests

Your child will meet each subject three times over their years with us. Nothing is missed for good - what they did not grasp at seven, they will take up again at ten, then at fourteen.

Who does what around your child

Four adults, four distinct roles. Knowing who to turn to avoids most misunderstandings.

The monitor
They follow your child all year, run their group's sessions and watch what emerges. They know your child's journey best.
The specialist
They come for one workshop, on a talent they master: music, robotics, arts, entrepreneurship. They reveal and connect, they do not rank.
The school
It schedules, it arbitrates and it decides. Exchanges with the staff go through it, and that protects everyone.
You
You are the only one who sees your child every day. Nobody else can say what changed at home, and that is your irreplaceable contribution.

And where you fit in

The school does not only train the child

Supporting a child discovering their talents is not obvious: you want to help, and you end up doing it for them. So we train parents too, free of charge, from your own space.
