Privacy policy

This platform welcomes children. Everything below follows from a single rule: collect only what serves to teach and protect them, and nothing more.
What we collect
From the parent: name, phone number, email address, city, country and occupation. Phone and email open the session and carry notices; city and occupation tell the school where its families come from.
From the child: first name, possibly last name, date of birth, gender, level, group, attendance, answers, creations and submitted work. The date of birth is only used to suggest a level at enrolment.
The health record, when the family fills it in: allergies, treatments, emergency contact. It is encrypted in the database, and every read is logged by name.
From staff: identity, experience, areas of expertise and CV. Opening a CV is logged.
What we do not collect
No precise location data, no advertising identifier, no third-party tracker, no behavioural profile. There is no advertising on this platform, and no link to a site the school does not control.
AI assistance
The copilots and the child assistant send an external provider the text of the question and the lesson context, never the child's identity or record. Every call is logged on our side, with its date and outcome. A parent can switch the assistant off for their child at any time, in one gesture, from their space.
Children among themselves
There is no public communication between children. No ranking between children is shown. A child cannot see another child's results. Messaging is for adults only.
Who this data is shared with
With no one, apart from the technical providers needed to run the service - hosting, database, video delivery, email, payment collection - who act on the school's instructions and may not do anything else with it. No data is sold, rented or exchanged.
For how long
A child's record is kept while they are enrolled, then for the legal period that follows their departure. Accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires. The audit log is kept without any possible rewriting: it is what lets us answer a parent who asks who consulted their child's record.
Your rights
You may ask to see your family's data, to correct it, to have it erased where the law allows, and to obtain a copy. Requests go through the in-app messaging or the school office; they are handled within one month.
How this data is protected
Every access is checked at three levels: in the database itself, in the application rules, and on each screen. Administration accounts require a second factor. The health record is encrypted. Uploaded files live in a private store, reachable only through a signed link that expires.
Writing to us
Through the in-app messaging, from your space, or at the school office. A request about personal data is handled by the management.
